Soy, Honey and Ginger Roast Chicken

Today's cooking shall be Soy, Honey and Ginger Roast Chicken. I love to use thigh and drumstick. The recipe shall be:-

Ingrediants:-
1/3 cup soy sauce (I used light soy sauce)
1/4 cup honey (I used the local Sabah honey)
3cm  piece fresh ginger, peeled, finely grated (however, I used 6 tablespoons of ginger juice)
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (I used 2 teaspoons; one during marinate, one during roasting session)
4 pieces of chicken maryland pieces (thigh and drumstick)

Combine all the soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, sesame seeds (only one teaspoon) in a bowl.

Add in chicken and coat it with the above sauce. I refrigerate it for 6 hours. During the marinate session, turn and massage the chicken at every 3 hours.

Preheat oven to 180 degree. Bake the chicken for 50 min / until chicken is cooked or turned golden. Turn the chicken at every 15 minutes during the roasting session and brush the marinate sauce over it.

Ensure that the last 15 minutes or so, the skin is side up so that it will be crispy and spread some sesame seed on top of it.
