Ingredients
(A) Pizza Dough
300gm Flour (I used bread flour)
2 tbsp Castor sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Cooking oil
3 tsp Yeast
180gm Warm water
(B) Pizza Sauce
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp White pepper
1/2 tbsp Ground Oregano
1 tsp Oregano leaves
6 tbsp Tomato puree / paste
3 tbsp Pizza sauce
(C) Pizza Topping
Pepperoni (any topping can be used too)
Sausages
Cheddar & Mozzarella Cheese
In the large bowl of a heavy duty electric mixer add the warm water. Sprinkle on the yeast and let sit for 5 minutes until the yeast is dissolved. Stir to dissolve completely if needed at the end of 5 minutes.
Knead using the mixer and dough hook, on low to medium speed, until the dough is smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes. If you don't have a mixer, you can mix and knead by hand as shown in the picture below. If the dough seems a little too wet, sprinkle on a bit more flour.
Remove the plastic cover from the dough and punch the dough down so it deflates a bit. If you love thin crust, divide the dough in half. Form two round balls of dough. Place each in its own bowl, cover with plastic and let sit for 10 minutes.
One ball of dough and flatten it with your hands on a slightly floured work surface. Starting at the center and working outwards, use your fingertips to press the dough to 1/2-inch thick.then poke the pizza centre using fork.
Now prepare the pizza sauce (B) and spread it on top of the baked pizza dough.
Cut pepperoni and sausages into bite size. Shred both Mozarella and Chedder Cheese.
Sprinkle some of the mozarella cheese on top of the sauce.
Then arranged the cut pepperoni and sausages on top and sprinkle a generous amount of mozarella and cheddar cheese on top of them. give it a little press on the pizza dough so that it sticks better.
TADA!!!!
Delicious Ah~~~ Happy Trying
